Studio One Fitness has been the perfect complement to my running. I had been a casual runner since high school but completing my first marathon in 2008 make me realize that I was in over my head and in need of expert direction. Arlene's guidance has helped me to create stronger workout plans, weather nagging little injuries, and achieve personal best race times. She provides me with excellent advice and has a creative, collaborative approach to training that keeps it interesting.
